COVID-19 has impacted our decision to offer flexible self check-in/check-out facilities, helping you avoid reception queues and make better use of your time.
You will be able to have your unique access code to enter your accommodation at any time on your check-in day. We will explain all the details in our email confirmation that you will receive for your booking.
In case of any problems or queries, you can always reach our team members. We have a dedicated team on call. Should you prefer, we are also ready to greet you in person anytime between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
We manage 15 individually designed rooms to cater for all your needs in a contemporary design. Each room is contemporary and stylish and features a flat-screen TV plus tea/coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. Towels and linen are included, and many rooms have a work desk.

The property is located within a 5-minute walk of Norwich train station and the city centre. Both Norwich Cathedral and the famous Norman Castle and Art Gallery are only a 10-minute stroll away and the property is less than a mile from Norwich City Football Club and Riverside Sports Complex. Guests are within a 5-minute walk of a selection of cafes, restaurants and bars.
Our purpose is to provide the best value rooms, cutting costs from housekeeping, breakfast and reception. We are environmentally conscious and refrain from unnecessary use of energy for cleaning and laundry services. For stays of 5 nights or more, a weekly full cleaning service is included.
