Aspland House is within a five-minute walk of Norwich railway station and the city centre. Norwich Cathedral and the famous Norman castle and art gallery are only a ten-minute stroll away, and there is a good choice of cafés, restaurants and bars within five minutes' walk.

How does self check-in work?
When your booking is confirmed we email you a personal entry code together with your arrival details. On your arrival day you can let yourself in at any time with the code, with no need to wait for reception. If you would rather be greeted in person, we are happy to meet you between 8 am and 10 pm. Before we send your entry code we will ask for the guest details UK law requires us to record.
What is included in the price?
Every room includes a private bathroom with free toiletries, a flat-screen smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh linen and towels, and fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. For stays of five nights or more, a weekly full cleaning service is included.
Which optional extras can I add?
We keep our room rates low by charging only for the extras you actually want:

Is parking available?
Aspland House is on a residential street with permit parking. A limited number of parking permits are available at £7 per day; please ask when you book so we can check availability for your dates.
Do you serve breakfast?
We can prepare a continental breakfast basket for £7 if you order it in advance. There are also many cafés and restaurants within a five-minute walk offering cooked breakfasts.
Can I reach someone if I need help during my stay?
Yes. A dedicated team member is on call 24 hours a day for any problems or questions, and we can also meet you in person between 8 am and 10 pm.
How do I confirm and pay for my booking?
We confirm check-in and check-out times, payment and our cancellation terms in your booking confirmation before you commit to a booking. Send us an enquiry with your dates and we will reply with everything you need.
Is Aspland House suitable for guests with limited mobility?
The house is set over several floors with a short flight of steps up to the front door. Some rooms are on the ground floor, including one with its own street entrance. Please tell us about any access needs when you enquire and we will suggest the most suitable room.
